We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Important note: Since we make each item specifically for you, returns or exchanges are only possible if the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that are free of defects but were ordered in the wrong size or color, for example. Please check your order carefully before completing it.
